PgMP® Boot Camp: for program managers ready for the title.
The Program Management Professional is the senior credential for those directing whole programs of related projects. Fewer than 3,000 people worldwide hold it.
For those who direct programs, not just projects.
Senior project and program leaders, SELs, commanders, and SES-level civilians who direct multiple related projects toward a single set of organizational goals. If that is the work you are already doing, PgMP formalizes what your title may not yet reflect.
PgMP is a senior credential with substantial requirements: years of both project management and program management experience, plus a panel review of your program leadership.
Because the requirements are significant and specific to your background, we talk every PgMP candidate through eligibility and timing before you enroll. Email info@pm4life.biz and we will map it out honestly, including whether PgMP is the right next step for you right now.
Prep built for experienced leaders.
- Focused, peer-level preparation led by a PgMP-credentialed practitioner
- Direct application of program-management frameworks to the complex work you already run
- Support with the application and the panel review
- Real practice questions and a clear plan for your exam date
- Direct support all the way through your exam
What the process looks like.
- Two stages: an application panel review of your program experience, then a multiple-choice exam delivered by Pearson VUE
- Exam fee: $800 for PMI members, $1,000 for non-members, paid to PMI and separate from your tuition
- We support both stages, from the panel-review application through exam day
PgMP is fundable through AF COOL (Air Force and Space Force), Army CA, and your unit's GPC, and the GI Bill reimburses the exam fee. AF COOL and Army CA pay us directly, so nothing comes out of pocket. See the Funding page for the step-by-step.
The PMP is the right target for most people, and a common step before PgMP. New to project management? Start with the CAPM. Tell us about your program experience and we will tell you honestly where you stand.
