If you are a veteran with a service-connected disability, Chapter 31 Veteran Readiness & Employment can fund training and your exam when project management is part of your approved plan. It runs through your VR&E counselor. Here is how to get it added.
The short version: VR&E can pay for your training and exam when your counselor approves them as part of your employment plan. The decision and the payment go through your counselor, not through us. We provide a quote you hand to them.
Through your counselor- Veterans: a service-connected disability rating of 10% or higher from the VA.
- Transitioning service members: going through the Physical Evaluation Board (PEB) process, or holding a VA memorandum rating of 20% or higher and preparing to separate.

Talk to your VR&E counselor
Ask about adding project management certification to your Chapter 31 employment plan. If you are not yet enrolled in VR&E, start with the application in the next step and a counselor will be assigned.

Apply with VA Form 28-1900
Submit your Application for Veteran Readiness and Employment online, by mail or in person at a VA regional office, or with help from a Veterans Service Organization (VSO).
